Following the days Trish first walked into a gym, she’s felt the aches and pains that can sideline an active lifestyle. Symptoms ranging from muscle strains, tendonitis, decreased grip strength, clicking shoulders, daily headaches etc, it caused her to question why. What developed was a passion for massage therapy driven to help people finally get rid of the pain.
Trish Scott is an enthusiast Registered Massage Therapist accredited with The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Using an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology to inform her treatments, she customizes her treatments to each individuals need. With strong palpation skills, Trish specializes in treating the root of the problem and not just the symptoms. She uses an intentional approach utilizing different techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, PNF stretching, cupping, IASTM and Rock Tape to help facilitate balance within the body. While firm pressure is her strength, relaxation and comfort are still the ideal goal.
Trish enjoys working with clients who want to overcome on-going muscular pain and soreness in order to live happier, healthier lives.
